Hello, hello!

My favorite fall recipes that I'm sure you'll love from the very first bite. Give them a try!

Today, I wanted to do something different and share with you my absolute favorite top 5 fall recipes. Quick disclaimer, I love all the recipes I share on my blog. If I didn’t like it, I wouldn’t post it. That being said, there are, of course, some recipes that I simply can’t get enough of and find myself making it again and again, like that pumpkin mousse pie ↓↓↓ (I made like 5 of them already this fall!! Talk about obsession.)

But before I forget, one quick announcement. Every Friday morning, I send out an e-mail with all the recipes that was posted on the blog that week and a lil personal tidbits. Plus, I have an exclusive subscriber giveaway every month!! (October lucky subscriber will win $100 gift card to amazon.com!) So, do you subscribe to my weekly e-mail newsletter? If not, why not? Hope to see you join my most loyal readers.

Anyway, let’s get into the top 5 fall recipes. Shall we?

Like I mentioned above, I’m obsessed with this pumpkin mousse pie! I say, “My little baby loves this stuff and I have to give it to him!” Perfect excuse, right? 😉 You’ll love it for its light and mousse-like consistency with buttery, crumbly crust. So, so good. It’s a must try!

So when you get to that point when you realize that you’ve had enough pumpkin (I haven’t reached that point yet), but you’re still in the mood for more fall baking, try this pear tarte tatin.

Succulent, juicy pears cooked in the caramelized syrup till delicately soft perfection, and the buttery crust baked to perfectly golden color… I’m drooling just thinking about it, cuz I haven’t gotten a chance to make it this fall. Yet!! It won’t be long till this beauty’ll make its appearance around here. Very, very soon.

And here’s my newest obsession: Pumpkin Croissant! I know, I’m cheating with store-bought croissants here, but you won’t even tell after you doctor them up with amazing pumpkin filling. Ton of flavor with little time and effort. Win-win!

Ok, one more pumpkin recipe (what can I say, I love the stuff!). This is an oldie, but goodie! These pumpkin cinnamon rolls are truly a treat for cold, rainy weekends! Imagine waking up to fluffy, soft, pumpkin-y, cinnamon-y rolls. And that pumpkin cream cheese glaze is just an icing on the cake rolls!

I don’t know about you, but we’re having gloomy, rainy, foggy fall days here in ND. And all I want is to curl up under a blanket with a cup of hot tea and these cinnamon rolls. I’m waiting for you, weekend! Hurry up!

Ah, wishful thinking here… It’s been almost 6 months since I had wine, or cocktail, or, you know, anything boozy. Ok, ok, I may have had a sip here and there, but that doesn’t count, when you’re craving a pitcher-full of this fall sangria! I swear, I’m not an alcoholic (or am I? in denial?), but the girl needs her wine fix soon.

This sangria is filled with apples, pears, and pomegranates, the best of autumn fruits. Have a glass or two for me, would ya?

  1. I made my first macarons today. FAIL! the only thing that was right was they were not hollow. I think I messed up at the meringue, think I was in a hurry and couldn’t wait. I didn’t watch video first so now I did next try of course should be better. We will see later.
