If you know me, you know the only thing that rivals my love for chocolate is lemon desserts. Whether we’re talking lemon meringue pie, easy lemon macarons, or lemon sheet cake, I just can’t get enough.

However, my absolute favorite way to enjoy lemony flavor is in lemon curd desserts. Tart, sweet, and creamy, it takes any recipe over the top, and my homemade lemon curd recipe is surprisingly easy to make!
