If you know anything about me, you probably know that I have a thing for meringue-based desserts, like Angel food cake, Pavlova cake and of course, macarons. As a result, I end up with a ton of extra egg yolks.  

And because I hate wasting food, I’ve collected many different ways to put those extra yolks to a good use!

Store egg yolks in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
