How to Store Extra Egg Yolks
Leftover egg yolks can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
- Place the extra egg yolks in an airtight container.
- Press a plastic wrap directly over the yolks to prevent them from drying out.
- Cover and refrigerate.
