Relax and enjoy a cup of hearty Pumpkin Spice tea on a beautiful fall afternoon. It’s time to enjoy the colored trees, all things pumpkin & spices, and of course, good friends.
It’s officially fall!! Are you excited? I sure am.
My house is filled with all things fall right now. Pumpkin pies every day for the last week (gotta satisfy the cravings, you know), homemade apple cider, pumpkin buttercream candle, pumpkin cinnamon rolls, should I go on? I better stop… You’ve got the idea; I’m totally in autumn mood!
I bet you’re enjoying this beautiful season just as much as I am. Schools are back in session, everyone is in their routine now, and we all can take a deep breath and relax a bit before holiday season rushes in. Right?
Well, today I wanted to share with you a great way to unwind on a Saturday afternoon, or any day for that matter. Have a few friends over for a light afternoon tea to relax and bond over a cup of tea and sweets.
And what better theme than pumpkin spice tea party?
I’ve been obsessed with this Pumpkin Spice black tea from Bigelow lately. (Remember, the orange & spice flavor? That was a good one too, but this pumpkin spice version will knock your socks off!) Infused with warm spices and undeniable pumpkin flavor, this black tea is a must-try!
As I said earlier, the goal of this tea party is to relax and bond with your friends. So I’m suggesting a very simple buffet setting. No need to prepare elaborate 3-course afternoon tea here.
Simply make a big pot of hot water (make sure you have plenty before guests arrive), place a tray of Pumpkin Spice tea bags with a few selections of cookies. Freshly baked pumpkin streusel bars are not required, but highly recommended. It goes so well with said hearty spiced tea.
Anyway, as you can see, with this buffet-style and self-serve setting, this party isn’t gonna stress you out one bit. I suggest to skip the dining room, and instead invite your guests to the living room around a fireplace (if you have one) for a cozy, relaxed atmosphere.
Hope you liked this tea party idea. Relax and enjoy!
Thank you for reading.

Love this post, and the previous one about a walk around your ranch. Â I am a tea drinker and Bigelow’s is one of my favorite brands, so I am going to have to give this flavor a try (Cinnamon Stick and Salted Caramel are also good, if you haven’t had them yet). Â I’m looking forward to your pumpkin streusel bars recipe!
Shinee says
Thank you, Cee! I too absolutely love tea! And yes, I’ve had salted caramel one. In fact, I made these mini cakes flavored with them! I bet you’ll love it. I haven’t tried cinnamon stick though. I’ll grab them next time fore sure. Thanks for recommendation. 🙂
