Skip overpriced store-bought options and learn how to make a pistachio latte recipe with four ingredients for a rich, sweet, nutty taste!
Print Recipe
- 1 cup (240 ml) milk Note 1
- 2 oz espresso shots
- 1 tablespoon (12 g) pistachio paste Note 2
- 1 tablespoon (18 g) sweetened condensed milk
- ½ tablespoon brown butter optional
Heat the milk in a microwave, or in a saucepan on the stove.
In a 2-cup liquid measuring cup, combine hot milk, espresso, pistachio paste, sweetened condensed milk, and brown butter, if using. Using a handheld milk frother, blend the mixture until frothy. Pour the latte into a cup and garnish with pistachio, if desired.
Note 1: You can use any milk. I’ve used whole milk and almond milk. 2% milk also works, and so does any dairy-free milk.
Note 2: I use my homemade pistachio paste. You can use store-bought pistachio paste as well.
For an iced pistachio latte: Mix the hot espresso with sweetened condensed milk, pistachio paste, and brown butter until well combined. And pour it over the milk with ice.
