Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine the water, soy sauce, Mirin, honey, and ginger.
Bring it to a boil over medium-high heat, whisking it occasionally, until the honey is melted.
In a small dish, mix the cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water until smooth.
Pour the cornstarch slurry into the boiling sauce and cook for about 3 minutes or until desired thickness.
