Macaron Recipe
Sift almond flour and powdered sugar 3 times.
Make French meringue until stiff peaks.
Fold dry ingredients into the meringue and mix until ribbon stage.
Pipe the shells on 2 baking sheets lined with silicone mat.
Bake for 18min at 300°F. Cool completely.
Fill the macarons and mature for at least 24 hours before serving.
