This refreshing tropical smoothie features juicy orange, sweet pineapple, and creamy coconut milk. It's light and irresistible with a pina colada vibe, plus it has 11 grams of protein!

Ingredients

  • 1 (135g) orange frozen
  • ½ cup (75g) pineapple chunks
  • ½ (95g) pear frozen, Note 1
  • ½ cup (120ml) coconut milk vanilla flavored, Note 2
  • ½ cup (120ml) orange juice, or pineapple juice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder Note 3

Instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients in the blender and serve immediately.

Notes

Storing Tips:
- Smoothies only take 5 minutes to make and they taste the best immediately, so I highly recommend enjoying them fresh.
- You can store a smoothie in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, but it will lose it's frosty texture and possibly separate.
Note 1: For a sweeter smoothie, swap the frozen pear with frozen banana. 
Note 2: For a decadent, ultra-creamy smoothie, swap the coconut milk with canned coconut milk. 
Note 3: Use vegan, plant-based protein powder to make this recipe dairy-free and vegan!
