Pina Colada

This Pina Colada with splash of orange juice is such a treat and will sure please your guests at dinner party!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup 240ml pineapple juice
  • ¼ cup 60ml orange juice
  • 2 pineapple rings frozen
  • ¾ cup 180ml light rum
  • 2/3 cup cream of coconut*
  • 1 cup ice
  • Pineapple slices for garnish optional
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients in the blender until smooth.
  • Garnish with pineapple slices and maraschino cherries, if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

*Cream of coconut is not coconut cream, or coconut milk. (Please read the post for detailed explanation of their differences.) Your best bet is to look for it in the liquor store.
