Minty Watermelon Fizz

This cool and minty watermelon fizz is perfect cocktail to quench your thirst on hot summer days!

  • 4 cups 7UP
  • 10 cups seedless watermelon cubes
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup 240ml peppermint schnapps, optional


  • Pour 2 cups of 7UP in ice cube tray. Freeze.
  • In a large food processor or blender, process the watermelon and mint leaves.
  • Strain the mixture through fine-mesh sieve.
  • When ready to serve, pour the mint watermelon juice in a large pitcher with 7UP ice cubes.
  • Stir in 7UP.
  • If desired, add peppermint schnapps and garnish with mint leaves.
