Bacon Wrapped Cheesy Crackers

Bacon wrapped cheesy crackers – super addicting, super easy make-ahead appetizer with just 4 ingredients!

  • 6 thin bacon strips cut in half
  • 24 crackers
  • 12 slices cheese of your choice 1-inch squares
  • 2-3 tablespoons brown sugar


  • Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C).
  • On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, or silicone mat, arrange the bacon strips.
  • Layer cracker, cheese and cracker in the middle of each bacon strip.
  • Wrap the bacon around the crackers. Sprinkle a little bit of brown sugar where the bacon ends meet. Place the seam side down.
  • Sprinkle a little more brown sugar on top of each piece.
  • Bake for 1.5-2 hours, or until bacon is nice and crispy. (Quick version: You can also bake these at 350°F for 25-30 minutes. Cheese oozed out a bit more, but not too bad.)
  • Serve at room temperature.
  • Make ahead tip: Store the cooked bacon crackers in the fridge. And when ready to serve, gently warm up in the oven at 250°F (120°C) for about 20 minutes, or until warm though.
