Rose Prosecco, a pleasantly sweet bubbly with delicate floral notes, is an elegant way to start a special dinner with your sweetheart.

- 2 tablespoons dried rosebuds
- ½ cup 100gr sugar
- 1 bottle 750ml Prosecco, chilled
- Frozen raspberries optional
To make rose syrup, bring ½ cup (120ml) water in a small saucepan. Add dried rosebuds and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Add sugar and stir until the sugar is melted. Boil for another 3 minutes. Then remove from heat and cool completely. Refrigerate the rose syrup until ready to serve.
To serve, pour 1 tablespoon of rose syrup in a flute glass and top with Prosecco.
Drop 1-2 frozen raspberries for decoration, if desired.
