Ingredients

  • 1 cup 240ml water
  • 1 cup 200gr sugar
  • 1 cup 240ml fresh lemon juice (4-6 lemons)
  • 4 cups 1L water
  • ¼- ½ teaspoon Nielsen-Massey Rose Water

Instructions

  • To make simple syrup, bring one cup of water to boil. Add sugar and stir to dissolve. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Cool completely.
  • In a large pitcher, combine lemon juice, half of the prepared simple syrup and ¼ teaspoon of rose water. Taste and add more simple syrup and rose water as needed. Chill until ready to serve.
