Summer Cheese Board
Loaded with juicy peaches and nectarines, sweet melons and berries, this summer cheese board is great as a quick dinner and perfect for entertaining.
- 3 varieties of cheese I used Merlot Bellavitano, Espresso Bellavitano and Montamore Cheddar
- Aged salami thinly sliced
- Castelvetrano olives pitted
- Toasted almonds
Bring the cheeses to room temperature, about 30 minutes on the counter.
Arrange everything on serving platter right before serving.
