Rich and velvety smooth, this whipped avocado chocolate mousse is quick and easy to make, but tastes so indulgent yet healthy! Plus, irresistible topping ideas included.

  • 1 avocado
  • ¼ cup 60ml unsweetened almond milk, or any milk
  • 2 tablespoons Nutella or melted chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt

Topping ideas:

  • Fresh berries
  • Coconut chips
  • Greek yogurt
  • Whipped cream
  • Potato chips


  • Cut the avocado in half. Remove the pit, and scoop the avocado into a food processor.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Divide into ramekins and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. (You can serve right away, but texture will be more like a pudding.)
  • If desired, top the mousse with fresh berries, coconut chips, greek yogurt, whipped cream, or potato chips.
