Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Rich and velvety smooth, this whipped avocado chocolate mousse is quick and easy to make, but tastes so indulgent yet healthy! Plus, irresistible topping ideas included.
- 1 avocado
- ¼ cup 60ml unsweetened almond milk, or any milk
- 2 tablespoons Nutella or melted chocolate
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
- Fresh berries
- Coconut chips
- Greek yogurt
- Whipped cream
- Potato chips
Cut the avocado in half. Remove the pit, and scoop the avocado into a food processor.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.
Divide into ramekins and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. (You can serve right away, but texture will be more like a pudding.)
If desired, top the mousse with fresh berries, coconut chips, greek yogurt, whipped cream, or potato chips.
