extra virgin olive oil

fresh lemon juice

raw honey

coarse kosher salt

or more ice-cold water
Instructions
In 1 cup measuring cup, or a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well until smooth.
Add more ice-cold water, if needed, to reach the desired consistency.
