Ingredients

  • 8 oz. wheel of brie cheese Note 1

Instructions

In the oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Place a crumpled piece of parchment paper onto a sheet pan. Place the wheel of brie onto the center of the pan/parchment.
  • Bake the brie for 15 minutes, or until the top is soft to the touch. If it isn't soft and melted through, bake for 5 more minutes.
  • Carefully remove the pan from the oven and grasp the edges of the parchment paper with your hands. Transfer the brie on the parchment to a shallow serving dish.
  • If desired, drizzle with honey. Enjoy immediately with crackers or crostini.

In the microwave:

  • Place the brie onto a piece of parchment paper in the microwave.
  • Microwave for 2 minutes in 30-second increments, checking after each one.
  • Carefully transfer to a serving dish and enjoy immediately.

In the air fryer:

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  • Place the brie into a shallow serving dish that fits inside your air fryer.
  • Air fry for 7 to 10 minutes, or until the top feels soft and the cheese is melted.

Notes

Note 1: Choose whichever variety and budget of brie cheese you prefer. Just be sure to buy a baby wheel of brie, and not a portion cut from a large wheel. If you can't find brie, camembert is a good substitute.
How to cutout: Read the post above for visual tutorial.
Storing Tips:
- Unopened baby brie wheels last up to 8 weeks in the refrigerator.
- Store brie cheese in the warmer areas of your refrigerator, like the vegetable drawer.
- Once the brie has been opened, it will only last 1 to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
- Wrap opened brie in wax paper and seal with a piece of tape. Brie needs to breathe, so avoid wrapping it in plastic wrap.
