1cup240ml milk (I use whole milk, but any will work)
¼cup60gr sour cream
4oz100gr sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray the muffin pan with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, salt and garlic powder. Add milk and sour cream and mix until combined. Stir in the cheese. Divide the batter into 12 muffin cups. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden.
