In a small saucepan, bring 1/3 cup of water to a boil over medium high heat. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat and cool completely. That’s simple syrup.
In a blender, combine prepared simple syrup, pineapple chunks and tequila. Blend until nice and smooth.
Divide the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze until completely frozen. (Depending on type of popsicle mold you have, you might need to insert popsicle stick after 1 hour.)

Note 1: You can use fresh, frozen or canned pineapples.Note 2: I recommend silver tequila for this recipe.
