Sweet and sour, cool and refreshing, nothing beats a cold glass of refreshing lemonade on a hot summer day. Try this kiwi lemonade for a refreshing tangy change!

Ingredients
Simple syrup:

240ml water

150gr sugar
For lemonade:

240ml fresh lemon juice (4-6 lemons)

cup
120ml kiwi juice* (4-5 kiwis)

360ml vodka, optional
Instructions
To make simple syrup
, bring a cup of water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Continue to boil for about 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and cool completely.
In a large pitcher, combine lemon juice, kiwi juice and water.
Stir in simple syrup and enjoy!
To make hard lemonade, stir in vodka.
Notes
*You can either juice the kiwi or blend the fruit with a fork.
