Place Oreo cookies in a large ziploc bag and roll with a rolling pin to crush.
In a medium bowl, mix whipped cream and crushed cookies.
Place one ice cream cake on a serving platter, top with the whipped cream filling and place the second ice cream cake on top. Gently press on the Oreo cookie wafer in the center to “glue” the cakes together.
Freeze until ready to serve. To cut the cake, run a large knife under hot water. Warm knife cuts the cake easily.
