Bake the potatoes for 45-50 minutes, or until soft. Combine scooped sweet potatoes, butter, brown sugar.
Fill the sweet potato skins with mashed potatoes. Top with pecans and marshmallows.
Bake the potatoes for 10-15 minutes, or until the marshmallows are nice and toasted. Serve immediately.
