INGREDIENTS

– large sweet potatoes  – vegetable oil – 55gr unsalted butter – brown sugar – heavy cream – ground cinnamon

Mix Ingredients

Bake the potatoes for 45-50 minutes, or until soft. Combine scooped sweet potatoes, butter, brown sugar.

Fill the sweet potato skins with mashed potatoes. Top with pecans and marshmallows.
