CLASSIC REUBEN DIP

Rich, creamy & incredibly tasty Reuben dip is best shared with a crowd. Perfect appetizer for every Reuben lover!

Drain the Sauerkraut

Squeeze the drained sauerkraut well to remove as much liquid as possible. You should get about 1 cup of sauerkraut.

Mix the Ingredients

In a medium bowl, mix together Thousand Island dressing, cream cheese & Dijon mustard.

Transfer to a Baking Dish

In 8×8-in baking dish, combine corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese &  the sauce. Spread the mixture evenly.

Sprinkle Cheese 

Sprinkle reserved Swiss cheese & then mozzarella cheese on top.

Bake

Bake for 25-30 mins, or until the dip is warmed through.

Cool & Serve

Cool slightly & serve warm with rye bread slices, or rye crisps.
