Mini Caramel Lava Cakes

Ingredients:

Flour Cocoa Powder Baking Powder Eggs Sugar Vanilla Extract Butter Chocolate Caramel Eggs Powdered Sugar

Mix together all of the dry ingredients

Beat together eggs, sugar and vanilla until thick

Melt together the chocolate and butter. Then fold in with the egg mixture

Fold in the flour mixture next. Then divide the batter in 9 muffin cups

Place one caramel egg in each cake. Then bake, let cool, and enjoy!
