Homemade Dinner Rolls

Ingredients:

Flour Milk Eggs Unsalted Butter Sugar Instant Yeast

Make the dough by combining your dry ingredients with the egg and milk

Slowly add butter in a piece at a time. Then knead the dough using the hook attachment.

Cover the dough and set aside. Once it rises, sprinkle it with flour and split it into 2 dough balls

Roll the dough out flat, cut it into 12 wedges like a pizza, then roll them in a spiral and arrange them on a baking sheet

Apply an egg wash to the rolls, then bake until golden brown. Then brush them with melted butter before serving.
