INGREDIENTS

– fresh or frozen corn  – heavy cream – cornstarch – salt to taste

Boil Corn & Heavy Cream

In a medium saucepan, combine corn & heavy cream, then bring it to a boil over medium high heat.

Make Cornstarch Slurry

In a small dish, mix the cornstarch with 2 tbs of water until smooth.

Combine the Mixtures

Add the cornstarch mixture into the boiling corn mixture. Reduce the heat to medium & cook until desired thickness.

Add Seasoning

Add salt to taste & serve.
