This easy ham & cheese quiche is so easy to make, thanks to premade puff pastry dough. You’ll love the buttery, flaky crust & rich, custard filling!

Roll out the Puff Pastry

Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface with a rolling pin into a pie dish.

Shape the Puff Pastry

Add the puff pastry to the pie dish & trim off corners to make it round.

Whisk the Ingredients

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, egg yolks, milk, heavy cream, salt & garlic powder.

Pour the Filling

Add the ham, cheese & herbs, toss together in the puff pastry, then pour the filling on top, until it is just full.

Bake

Bake uncovered for 30-35 mins. Reduce the heat to 350°F & bake for another 15-20 mins.
