Whip Ingredients

In a bowl, whip the egg whites until foamy on low speed. Add cream of tartar

Beat the Mixture

Start adding powdered sugar 1 tablespoon at a time. Beat the mixture until stiff peaks form, about 5-7minutes.

Wrap with Bacon

Then stir in vanilla extract. Pipe the meringue into 1x3inch stick in zigzag motion. Place 2 cnady eyes on each cookie and bake for 30-40 minutes
