Add the basil, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, garlic, lemon juice & kosher salt to a food processor. Pulse. Add in olive oil & pulse a few more times.
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain. Put the pasta back in the pot & add the butter & pasta water. Toss to combine.
