Setup a pie-inspired coffee bar and call your coffee-loving friends over. Let’s have a coffee brunch together!

Are you hosting a holiday brunch? Or just casual weekend brunch? Or maybe even a simple coffee date with your coffee-loving besties?

Well, if you weren’t planning anything yet, I’m sure you will be soon.

Because why wouldn’t you, right? I love coffee. You love coffee. Our friends love coffee.

Weekend coffee brunches should be a regular thing! And I’m not talking about coffee dates at a cute nearby coffee shop.

No, I’m talking about all you can drink coffee on tap, with different flavors, creamers, and toppings at your disposal. Bonus, if you serve all the pastries with it.

Speaking of pastries, since November is basically a month of pie baking, how about a PIE-INSPIRED coffee bar.

And if the idea sounds daunting to you, relax. We’re not going to bake bunch of pies for our coffee brunch. (Of course, if you’re up for it, more power to you!) It’s so easy to infuse your cup of joe with various pie flavors.

Dunkin’ Donuts, for example, has an amazing Pumpkin Spice ground coffee. And International Delight has an endless variety of amazing coffee creamers. Like Peppermint Mocha, or Pumpkin Pie Spice, or Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup!!! OMG, I can’t pick a favorite, because they’re all super delicious!

You know, sometimes I’m grateful that our nearest Target is 2 hours away (#smalltownproblems). Yet I still manage to find an excuse to get out of town and shop there more than I should. Frankly though, they make it fun and enjoyable, and I feel so accomplished with all the great finds.

I mean, when was the last time you stopped by Target and left with only things on your list? Never, right? I love to “just walk by” their home and decor aisles to get inspiration and maybe find a good deal.

Anyway, let’s get back to our coffee bar!

As I was saying earlier, this pie-inspired coffee bar can be put together in minutes with just one shopping trip to Target.

And you can treat your friends to a personalized coffee experience right in your own home.

Here I have 4 coffee options for you:
  1. Peppermint Mocha Coffee
  2. Dairy-free Pumpkin Spice Coffee
  3. Pumpkin Pie Spice Coffee
  4. Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Iced Coffee
Peppermint Mocha Coffee

This one is my latest favorite. I love the hint of peppermint and sweetness of white chocolate in this International Delight® Peppermint Mocha Coffee Creamer. And paired with smooth Dunkin’ Donuts® Original coffee, it instantly takes you to a winter wonderland.

Dairy-free Pumpkin Spice Coffee

Don’t forget to consider your guests’ dietary restrictions and offer dairy-free alternatives. Silk® Almond Coffee Creamer and So Delicious Dairy Free® Coconut Milk Coffee Creamer are both fantastic options. I combined them with Dunkin’ Donuts® Pumpkin Spice ground coffee, so that no one misses out on pie-inspired coffee.

Pumpkin Pie Spice Coffee

Rich and aromatic Folgers® Classic Roast coffee with International Delight® Pumpkin Pie Spice creamer = a dreamy combination for sure!

And last, but certainly not least, Peanut Butter Cup Iced Coffee.
So do you have a friend who only drinks iced coffee? Yeah, you gotta have some iced coffee for them! Or else… Just kidding, but this peanut butter cup iced coffee will knock your socks off! Simple and effortless with new International Delight® Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup creamer.

So there you have it! Hope you found an inspiration to set up your very own pie-inspired coffee bar!

And here’s a quick fun video for ya!
