Gourmet Made Deliciously Simple

Fresh Green Juice

Happy New Year!

It’s that time of year when everyone is making resolutions to better their lifestyle. I, too, made a resolution to eat healthier. No, I’m not giving up sugar, not becoming a vegetarian, and definitely not going to say no to potatoes. πŸ™‚ I believe that you can eat little bit of everything, as long as you limit to a healthy portion. I also believe that majority of what you eat should be healthy and nutritious food that actually fuels your body. Therefore,  I’m planning to juice more often in 2014. I love juicing, but for some reason, I don’t juice as often as I would like. I like to experiment with different fruits and veggie combinations, and I’m excited to do it more often.

  1. Nice mix! I really want using kale too. I also make green juice but I use a blender πŸ™‚ so it’s thick (and sometimes lumpy!) Here is my recipe: http://www.chaiacupoflife.com/green-juice
