Unfortunately, my husband does not like beets. Actually, maybe I should say fortunately? More beets for me. 🙂 Beets are so good for you, especially for women. I had talked about benefits of beets here. So, let’s talk about carrots today.

Carrots are AMAZING. This post will be way too long if I try to list all its benefits in one post.  I think everyone knows that carrots are a great source of vitamin A. However, you might not know that it has the entire B complex of vitamins, calcium, vitamin K, fiber, molybdenum, potassium, and many more healthy nutrients.

Thanks to its abundance of vitamin A, carrots help to keep our vision sharp, improve our skin condition by protecting it from sun damage, and preventing acne, dry skin, pigmentation problems. Carrots are not only great for your skin, but also for your hair and nails. Vitamin A also helps the liver to flush out the toxins. Carrots are definitely a superfood that our body needs. I love adding carrots into my juices because it adds sweetness and ton of vitamins. If you would like to read more about benefits of carrots, just Google it, you will find great articles about it.
