Deliciously creamy apple spinach smoothie packed with protein and calcium. Find out the secret ingredient. Hint: It’s not Greek yogurtThe name of this smoothie really should be an apple smoothie, because that’s exactly how it taste like. Just like delicious, refreshing apple juice. It’s packed with protein and calcium from silken tofu. The soft tofu adds not only nutrients, but also nice creamy texture. It’s actually a great alternative for Greek yogurt, which I love as well.
