Hello, hello!

I’m still alive! I’m sorry for going MIA on you for a week. I’ve been completely exhausted between my trips last week. I made it safe and sound to Mongolia last night. Yay! Now all I need is to overcome 15 hour time difference.

So, I will keep this post super short. ๐Ÿ™‚

Sweet and tart, these strawberry lemonade popsicles are just the right treat to cool down on a hot summer day.

To make these popsicles, we will start making a delicious lemonade. Then, we’ll chop some fresh strawberries and mix them with lemonade. The lemonade might seem too sweet and too tart, but remember that the flavors tend to dull a bit in the frozen state.

  1. These look and sound so refreshing! I made popsicles once where the flavor seemed good in its liquid form, but like you mentioned, it definitely diminished in strength once they froze so great tip about going for a little stronger flavor from the beginning. Glad that you arrived safe and sound – hope you get some sleep and adjust to the big time difference alright! XO

  2. Enjoy your time home and have fun, Shinee! ๐Ÿ™‚ Getting over the jet lag is always a struggle when traveling overseas. By the time I get used to the time difference, it’s time go go back. Hope your time in Mongolia is wonderful!
