Simple mini pizza tartlets. Perfect appetizer for meat-lovers!

This recipe is inspired by my boyfriend’s idea and recipe on KitchenAid stand mixer booklet. Shortly after I got my new stand mixer for Christmas, I made mushroom-onion tartlets according to the recipe on the instruction booklet. My boyfriend suggested to add meat and marina sauce next time. Brilliant idea! The cream cheese crust was perfect without any change. Thank you, KitchenAid! That’s how these mini pizza tartlets were born. 🙂
